Rules for seasonal places
According to the fire bylaws' 3-metre rule, wagons and tents etc. must be set up so that it does not impair the neighbour's set-up option. There must be at least 3 meters between your and your neighbour's caravan/tent. Stone tiles, plants, terraces or sheltered fences of a permanent nature may not be laid on the site. Sheds and similar fixed installations may not be built. All loose objects must be removed on departure, the wagon is on the site after 1/11, the awning must be taken down so that the tent does not fly away and damage other wagons. After 1/11, the tool tent must be secured with extra bar downs or removed completely.
Guests & guest card
Overnight guests must pay ½ price of the normal overnight price and must be registered on the day they arrive. Day visitors have free entry, grandchildren under the age of 18 spend the night for free - over 18 years of age half price of the overnight stay must be paid. It is forbidden to let guests in on your own card, and if you have a guest driving in, you must park outside yourself. Only one car can be parked in your space, parking in the neighboring space is prohibited.
You have your own electricity meter. If the cart is lent out, this must be announced in the information, the guests must be registered as guest campers and pay ½ price of the accommodation fee. Power consumption is shown on the tenant's meter. A seasonal pitch is rented for one season and electricity consumption is paid per measured at the end of the season at the latest. Price for electricity may change without notice.
Waste management
There are containers for glasses, bottles and DAGRENOVATION. Use the recycling site for bulky waste. It is free. It is forbidden to leave rubbish on the site.
Dog
Hunde-hom-hom must be picked up immediately, on the square/dog island and høm-høm the bag must be thrown in a bin, Our dog island the dog must be off-leash provided that it is under full control.
The lease
The lease is irrevocable during the current period. No form of financial compensation is given in the event of premature eviction. If a tenant is terminated upon vacating due to breach of the agreement or for another reason, none of the rent paid will be refunded. Renting a campsite is not covered by Section 18, subsection 2, point of the Consumer Contracts Act. 12. Lawn mowing It is the tenant's responsibility to mow the grass, edges around the caravan/awning and on the entire rented space (remember this before you go home). Grass and edges are cut at least every 2 weeks. Electric lawnmowers are available. Remember to return it after use. If you see someone committing vandalism, using our facilities incorrectly or you think they are behaving unacceptable - tell the reception immediately. Then you don't have to get involved yourself. We'll fix it. Peace and order. There must be peace in the square from 23.00 to 07.00. You cannot drive in or out during this time and must instead park in the car park outside the barrier.
If you have bought the space for an entire season, as well as winter storage for the coming season. Then the wagons must be removed at least one month before the coming season. ! NOTE: Winter storage is not refunded if the season is cancelled.
Sale of caravan
When selling the caravan, the pitch cannot be transferred or co-sold until you have spoken to the camp manager and agreed on the best way to do it.
