Can we bring our dog?
You are welcome to bring your dog to the campsite and in our cabins.
Dogs are not allowed in the beds, but they are welcome on the sofa if the grey dog blanket is used. Dogs must always be kept on a leash on the site, except on the dog island, where they can run freely if you can call them to you.
Remember to pick up any leftovers. We also have a dog bath so your dog can freshen up after playing and bathing.
Is your campsite child-friendly?
Yes! Humlum Camping is very child-friendly with playgrounds, bouncy castles, a rabbit hutch, family bathrooms and a child-friendly beach directly on the Limfjord.
There are activities every weekend in low season and every day in high season.
Can I rent a caravan at your campsite?
No, unfortunately we do not rent out caravans at our campsite.
Is it possible to rent bicycles from you?
Can I get electricity at all sites?
We have electricity on all pitches – including tent pitches. You can borrow an adapter or buy one in the shop.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Upon arrival
What time can we check in?
Parking
A maximum of one car is allowed at each caravan, cabin or tent. Car number 2 and any guest cars are directed to the parking lot in front of the campsite.
The same applies to trailers, boats, etc.
Fire regulations at the campsite
The fire hazard can be high on a campsite. Due to the fire hazard, there must always be 3 meters between units. See the drawing on the pitch map, which you will receive at reception.
However, it is permitted to park your car in the space between.
Upon arrival at the site, we ask that our guests familiarize themselves with where fire extinguishing equipment is located. We have posted fire signs on the site with information on precautions to take in the event of a fire.
In case of fire or accident: Call 112 and inform us on tel. 97 86 13 04.
The cabin is not in order upon arrival.
Please contact us immediately after arrival if there is anything wrong with the cabin so we can fix it.
We can only fix problems at this time – not upon departure or later in your stay. Also, please notify us immediately if any errors or damage occur during your stay.
During the stay
Do I have to bring my own service when I book a cabin?
Can we barbecue at the campsite?
Of course you can grill on the site. We have a communal grill on the covered terrace, and all cabins have their own grill.
It is also possible to buy disposable barbecues in the store. However, please note that the barbecue may not be placed directly on the grass, on the wooden terraces or on the tables.
Do you have a charging station for my electric car?
Yes, we have two charging stations for electric cars, operated by OK, and they are available 24/7.
When can we drive in and out of the barrier?
The barrier is open between 7:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. Outside these hours, please use the parking lot outside the barrier.
In urgent cases of emergency, please contact us on tel. 97 86 13 04.
